When opportunity knocks at the door, there's Amrac: a dynamic work placement agency where a global outlook meets a local focus. Hangar was commissioned to rebrand Amrac as it expands to match prospective hires from Malta, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and India with work opportunities in Malta's construction, retail, catering and aviation sectors.
Our discovery and research process revealed Amrac’s new brand needed to resonate with two distinct audiences: Malta-based businesses recruiting new talent, and global agents who help talent relocate and settle in Malta. We also identified an opportunity to differentiate Amrac from similar agencies through an unconventional approach: a contemporary, orderly visual system that communicates Amrac’s professional approach.
Inspired by the contrasting undular and pinched forms of Indian, Afghani and Bangaldeshi doorways, Amrac‘s new brand comes to life through a deeply saturated colour palette. The result is an optimistic, approachable brand image that speaks to Amrac’s confidence and energy.
